Honda Fit: Tool Maintenance
Follow these instructions to keep the ATF cooler cleaner working properly:

Replace the two magnetic nonbypass spin-on filters after every 20 hours of use, based on the hour meter, or when you notice a restriction in the ATF flow.

Check the level and condition of the fluid in the tank before each use.

Replace the ATF in the tank when it looks dark or dirty.

Splash Shield Replacement
NOTE:
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
Take care not to scratch the body.
Remove the splash shield (A).
From the wheel arch on both sides, remove the clips (B) ...
Reassembly
Install the upper spring seat (A) to the upper spring seat clip (B).
NOTE: Make sure to securely set the upper spring seat to the hook (C) on
the spring seat clip.
