Remove the door panel:

Remove the screws and the grip base (A).
Open the switch panel (A) from the grip base.
Remove the screws and replace the passenger's power window switch (B).
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Wiper/Washer Switch Test/Replacement
Remove the steering column covers.
Disconnect the dashboard wire harness 8P connector (A) from the wiper/washer
switch (B).
