Do the battery terminal disconnection procedure.
Remove the steering column covers.
Disconnect the 7P connector (A) from the ignition switch (B).
Remove the two screws and the ignition switch.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure.
Reassembly
Apply Molykote 44MA grease to the sliding surface of the pivot pin (A) and
the parking brake lever (B) for the rearward brake shoe (C).
