Honda Fit: Front Passenger's Weight Sensor Replacement (Part-1)

Removal

NOTE: .

  1. Do the battery terminal disconnection procedure, then wait at least 3 minutes before starting work.

  1. Remove the front passenger's seat.

  1. Remove the cushion cover/pad from the seat cushion frame.

  1. Remove the TORX nuts (A) attaching the seat track (B) to the weight sensors (C) using a TORX E18 socket.

  2. ABCDECCCD
  3. Disconnect the front passenger's weight sensor connectors (D), then remove the front passenger's seat slide assembly (E) including both passenger's weight sensors.


Installation

NOTE:

  1. Install the new front passenger's seat slide assembly under the seat track.
